Pilates (Mat) - is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well. You can expect the moves to involve slow, precise movements and breath control.
Latin Fit - is a cardiovascular dance workout with Latin dances influences including salsa, mambo, merengue, rumba, bachata and cha-cha-cha. These workouts are for Beginner (low impact/no jumping) to Intermediate/Advance (high intensity/high impact).

Yoga - is a mind and body practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.
Hip Hop Adult - is a dance program to improve dance skills in a weekly class setting. Our sessions are ongoing from August through June which allows the dancer to achieve the necessary skill to learn the choreography needed for optional performances at local events. This class is for dancers ages 16 & up.
Hip Hop Level 2 - is a dance program to improve dance skills in a weekly class setting. Our sessions are ongoing from August through June which allows the dancer to achieve the necessary skill to perform at local events. It is performance program based on class hours, practice hours and attending classes on a regular basis. This class is for dancers ages 5-16.
Dance Fit - is a cardiovascular dance workout with hip hop, jazz, ballroom and aerobic influences.These workouts are for Beginner (low impact/no jumping) to Intermediate/Advance (high intensity/high impact).
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) - is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular & strength training exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Though there is no universal HIIT session duration, these intense workouts typically last 30 minutes including warm-up and cool-down. The duration of HIIT also depends on the intensity of the session.
Strength Yoga - is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. It incorporates the athleticism of Ashtanga, including lots of vinyasas (series of poses done in sequence) but gives each teacher the flexibility to teach any poses in any order, making every class different. These workouts are for the Intermediate/Advance members.
