Once you Sign-In, fill out the Release Waiver Form and Pay, you will receive an email with a link to login to your class. It is recommended that you sign-in to your class choice 24 hours in advance to ensure your class spot. You will have access to the class 10 minutes prior to class time. There are no refunds if you miss your class. There is a minimum of 3 participants required to hold a class.

Classes are open to the public and designed to help a range of ages and fitness levels reach their health and fitness goals. Our class levels ranges are: beginner, intermediate/advanced and seniors. Yoga and Pilates Classes are for strengthening your core, stretching and relaxation. Latin Fit is a cardio dance class with Latin influences. Dance Fit is a cardio dance class with hip hop, jazz, ballroom and aerobic influences. HIIT Classes range from beginner to advance levels and there is a wide variety to choose from: HIIT Total Body, HIIT Upper Body, HIIT Lower Body, HIIT Core, HIIT Senior, etc.
